Based on the great feedback, I've made a few tweaks for version 1.1:

• Enable other shoot buttons `B` and `Up` for easier playing with the crank
• The vertically striped ball is slightly lighter for better contrast

(I also fixed a bug to halt the scoring when the end-game screen appears)
